A commercial job is a logistics job. Which entrance stays open, which section gets painted tonight, when the smell has to be gone before the doors unlock. We plan that with you up front, then work the hours the plan calls for. Nights, weekends, staged sections, whatever keeps your tenants and your customers moving.
The high stuff is covered too: powered aerial lifts handle mezzanines, lobbies, and concourse walls that a ladder crew can't reach properly. Same prep discipline as the residential work, at commercial scale. Powerwash, check for defects and rot, carpentry repairs where they're needed, prime and caulk, then the coating.
The bid comes from me. Send the property type, the rough square footage or the areas involved, and the window you want it done in, and I will come walk it and put a clear number on it. Free, the same as every estimate here. Exterior and interior painting bids welcome.
